Thank you for the opportunity to step into this with you. I take this work seriously, not because it's branding, but because it is identity work. It asks a team to slow down, look inward, and get honest about who they are and who they are becoming. That is not a small thing. It deserves care and patience, and I approach it with both.
This first phase gives us the room to do that. It keeps the process focused. It lets us listen before we decide where we are going. Once the center of the brand is clear and everyone feels aligned around it, the rest of the path reveals itself with a lot more clarity and a lot less waste. That is why I start here and why I believe in this approach so strongly.
